Changing rooms
Free left-luggage facilities will be available on Sunday morning from 07.00 at the Parc Floral (Hall de la Pinède). You may leave a bag there with a clean change of clothes for after the event.
A label will be attached to your bag and we shall note your bib number on the label. To collect your bag after the race, all you will have to do is present your bib.
The start
The start will be given at 10.00, on the Esplanade of the Château de Vincennes.
To avoid bustling and pointless stress prior to the race, we advise you to report to the entrance of your starting area before 09.40.
The finish
The finish will also take place on the Esplanade of the Château de Vincennes.
Shortly after you have crossed the finishing line, our volunteer team will collect your timing chip. A few metres further on, refreshments will be available before you meet up with close family & friends.
Bibs
Your bib number is allocated to you as soon as your registration is validated.
You can find it on the runners' list on this site. It also figures on the confirmation of registration you receive by surface mail at the end of January.
To collect your bib, you must show the original of the registration confirmation and ID.
You must also supply a medical certificate if your dossier has not been completed (check on the runners' list).
The bib also features the colour of your starting area. If your target has changed or your performances have evolved, a change in starting area may be made when you collect your bib.
The bib must be pinned to your chest throughout the race. It must not be masked or modified. Any person not wearing a bib will be excluded from the event.
The chip
You will receive your timing chip in the same envelope as your bib, to which it is assigned.
Fixed to your shoe, it will enable you to be timed.
Refreshment zones
Refreshment zones are located every 5 kms (5, 10, 15 and finish) over the course. They have water, energy drinks (5 and 10), bananas, apples, sugar, oranges and dried fruit.
Sponges
We shall be providing 10,000 sponges (the number can change depending on the weather) over the course (kms 10 and 15) with running water points to refresh you.
If you use this service, we advise you to keep your sponge with you after using it for the first time (tucked in your belt for example).
Results
Your results will be available on this Internet website Sunday afternoon. You will also receive a diploma posted to you.
Volunteers
800 volunteers are present throughout the event. You will see them when you collect your bib, at refreshment zones, sponge posts, road junctions and the finish.
The volunteers are there to help you enjoy the experience, so don't hesitate smiling back at them and responding to their encouragements.
